"I always have a good experience when speaking to anyone in Chad Reppert’s , my State Farm agents, office. My car insurance is very reasonable and they just helped me acquire renters insurance for my belongings, it is more than reasonable! I actually saved money by acquiring renters insurance. "I got a call from State Farm out of the blue today. I was informed that my rates had dropped and I used the opportunity to upgrade my policy and halve my deductible while keeping my monthly payment about the same ($7 increase) The customer service was really good!"
